Through our forms, you can send us messages to ask questions, make requests, submit complaints, schedule appointments, or for other purposes. For this, we use your name, email address, and phone number, and possibly additional information if included in the form. We need this information to contact you. We keep this information indefinitely, but can remove your data upon request.
Provision to other companies or institutions
We do not under any circumstances provide your personal data to other companies or institutions, except if we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police demand it on suspicion of a crime). Our website includes social media buttons. The administrators of these services collect your personal data. So, read their privacy policies as well.

Complaint
If you feel that we are not helping you in the right way, you have the right to file a complaint with the regulator. This is called the Authority Personal Data. We have appointed a so-called data protection officer. This person is responsible for privacy within our organization.
